Hyperlipidemia
(This is an actual case, and the medical records have also been recorded, but in order to protect personal information, we cannot provide the patient's private details.)
A middle-aged male had been suffering from dyslipidemia in the past. Although he ignored it, his condition did not improve. The patient was examined on April 27, 1999 and it was found that his total cholesterol was 214 (120-200) mg/dL.
On July 16, 2007, another blood test showed that total cholesterol was 235 mg/dL and low-density cholesterol was 152 mg/dL (normal level <130 mg/dL). Later, the patient underwent Cellular Matrix Therapy in our clinic. About a month later, a blood test showed that total cholesterol was 201 mg/dL and low-density cholesterol was 121 mg/dL. The patient felt quite satisfied with such a short-term treatment (the patient did not take lipid-lowering drugs or changed his eating habits during this period).
